Gym Class for the week of April 27th - May 1st

Hello Kids and Parents

Thank you for all the comments on the hopscotch and balloon activities. They were very cool and I'm glad everyone enjoyed them.

Here is something fun to do, too. Rain is in the air for this week, so let's try an indoor obstacle course (parents approval)
Here are some things you can put in your course:

          1.  Throwing at a target

          2. Going through a tunnel or something

          3. use a balloon for an activity

          4. put crunches and push-ups in

          5. use locomotive skills and you can zig-zag though cones or chairs etc,

          6. anything else you can think of and be creative

Have fun and enjoy the obstacle course.

If its nice outside on Thursday you could do an outside course and try different things

Thanks again and stay active and healthy Miss LeClair

  3. Thank you for the ideas for this week. We were outside all weekend and the kids loved the weather. Yesterday we kayaked 3.6 miles. Maddy made it all by herself, Kinley and Max were great passengers.

  4. Hailey and Dexter went right downstairs to create their obstacle course. Thanks for getting them moving this morning. They spent time outside this weekend climbing trees, jumping on the trampoline and picking up sticks for a campfire. Felt like summer!

  9. Great ideas again. Thank you! Sarah & Lydia use our outdoor arena and play on our 55 gallon drums/barrels! A huge sandbox basically 👍🏻 Also they play drill team on stick horses 🐴 🐴 in the basement! Lots of zig zagging going on with that too. Yeehaw! And of course we have the puppy 🐶 to play with as well!
