Gym Class for April 20 - 24th

Hello kids and parents

Thanks for all the comments and all the fun activities you all are doing. Keep up the great work.

Here are some other fun activities you can try this week.

Hopscotch is an international game that works on jumping, coordination and fun.  Hope everyone has some chalk around the house.
Now you can have some fun making your own hopscotch and playing.

1. Remember to number your squares.
2. Find a small rock or stick to mark the square you are missing as you are jumping through your hopscotch.
3.Share your hopscotch with your parents and siblings.
4.Draw different ones and enjoy.

Another fun activity is working with balloons  (if no one is allergic to them).
The whole family can get involved and have a blast.
You can have some relay races with the balloons by batting them and keeping them in the air as you move from one place to another. Try batting the balloon with one hand. Next you can put the balloon between your legs and walking and many other ways to move with the balloon.

The last balloon activities to have a family game of keep the balloon moving up in the air.  My family played this game sometimes in the living room and had a great time with a lot of laughs.

Enjoy the activities and be healthy
Miss LeClair

Let me know how the hopscotch and balloon activties go..

  10. We walk our puppy everyday and she loves to jump on the trampoline with us too. We look forward to trying hopscotch. It should be interesting with the puppy. We are sure she will want to chase and grab our stones or sticks. She loves to chase things that are tossed! Hailey and Dexter

  12. McKenna and Kaylee got hopscotch rings from the Easter Bunny so they can even play hopscotch inside. They really like playing hopscotch and they also love to play with balloons and do so often. They especially like to play the game where they have to keep the balloon up in the air.
